Cibo nella media, servizio freddo ma attento, prezzi eccessivi per il ristorante di un hotel. Il menu é diverso da quello presente su The fork.

Fantastico ambiente e cucina sublime, il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero vantaggioso! Personale cortese, professionale e molto accogliente..davvero OTTIMO

Seen the previous comments for this restaurant I had quite high expectations. I chose salmon with vegetables starter and it was served as three big pieces of salty filets on a bed of marinated vegetables. It was really good if you took small peices of fish together with the vegetables. The vegetables finished after the first filet, and the two filets were left on the plate. The primo was salmon and pasta, I ate half of it without pleasure and left the rest. The food did not have any balance in taste nor in proportions. There should be 6 different wine by the glass but there were only four. The dessert came in with a fruit sauce instead of chocolate sauce as stated on the menu. It was no problem to get it changed by the one and only waitress for the hole restaurant. I talked to other guests that had chosen the fix menu, they liked it but they were not served what was stated on the menu. This was a disappointment, my guess is we hit the vacation period of the chef and end of season.

Buona cucina di territorio che utilizza materie prime curate.Il servizio è stato molto gentile, sorridente e veloce. Disponibile una carta dei vini con possibilitè di bere per tutte le tasche dai vini della regione fino i Gran Cru d'Oltralpe.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono quindi lo consiglio vivamente.
