Difficile in una zona turistica qual è quella, trovare un ristorante dove il cibo e il servizio siano così curati e di qualità. Grande scelta di vini Personale qualificato ed esperto. I

Sicuramente un locale al di sopra della media sia per la location suggestiva al centro di Roma che per il menù.Ho assaggiato degli antipasti che ho trovato ottimi ma anche i primi tra cui la mitica

Locale scelto a caso per un aperitivo. Nonostante la zona pulluli di locali spenna turisti, qui i prezzi dei cocktail sono nella media. Servizio cortese.

Wij zijn hier terug gegaan omdat wij 4 jaar geleden goede ervaring hadden. Vandaag viel het erg tegen, om te beginnen de prijs, 27 euro voor 2 stukjes (wel lekkere ) beef medalions met pepersaus, zonder groente of aardappelen vonden wij best aan de hoge kant. Mijn man mag geen peper hebben het geen wij door hebben gegeven, hij bestelde een gerecht waar wel wat aardappels bij waren, maar die waren allemaal met peper, als alternatief voor de aardappels kreeg hij een bergje spinazie op zijn bord. Verder moesten wij 2x vragen om de wijn die wij besteld hadden. Ook vond mijn man de biefstuk vrij taai. Sorry iets beter kan ik er niet van maken.

It was a great pleasure, beeing there. We just wanted to take Cocktails (I can recommend the Cocktail "GUILTY" - it is a speciality by itself...!!!). But Massimo - the best waiter we were ever served (courteous, attentive, humorous, without beeing intrusive) - performed us through the magnificant menu of Cybo. We enjoyed a fantastic meal without waiting time, in a wonderful atmosphere with grandiose Drinks! It was the Highlight of our Holidays!!! MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!!!!!!

Lo Spaghetto al pomodoro è il piatto apparentemente più semplice da cucinare, solo perchè lo cuciniamo spesso a casa lo diamo per scontato, non è vero! Il piatto più difficile da cucinare, è la prova del 9 del cuoco, non solo la pasta ma sopratutto il sugo, il condimento. Bene in questo ristorante mangerete uno spaghetto al pomodoro cucinato in maniera esemplare, consiglio anche la parmigiana come antipasto servita con il giusto condimento è uno spettacolo. Per ultimo non perchè meno importante il servizio, grazie Niko, sei un grande, questo è un mestiere che si fa con passione come sai fare tu. Grazie ancora per la tua ospitalità, ci rivederemo presto.

Perhaps, it's me don't know what's good and 2 out of 3 main food we ordered do not test good. Only one steak is delicious. The wine is good though
