Pizze, schiaccatine, polli, patate, porchetta, prodotti da forno ma, soprattutto, crocchette, arancini e fantastici supplì. Assolutamente da non perdere.

This is not your typical Roman Pizzeria. In fact, Marco and his brother reproduce their family recipes which come from Naples and Sicily. Their fare consists of the usual pizza, but, more than that they make these scrumptious filled pies, sort like soft calzone. filled with everything from Ricotta and Prosciutto, to shrimps and peppers and truly anything that tastes delicious. I would make any excuse to travel by El Ringo around lunch time to enjoy one of their wonderful treats. And Marco became a good friend. He is always anxious to help and is very proud of their food. A must stop and often.
