This is a very good Italian restaurant that features locally grown ingredients. The town is very clean. It appears to be cleaned every day. The view from the restaurant includes the vineyards and old stone buildings. The banquet that I attended was enhanced with local people dressed in costume representing the Count and Contessa who built the castle and much of the town.

Ristorante ubicato nel cuore di Calosso, piccolo paesino nelle Langhe, nelle vicinanze di Canelli. Il personale estremamente cordiale accompagna dei piatti squisiti cucinati dall'altrettanto cordiale chef del locale. Lo chef è anche il proprietario del locale. Vi è inoltre una vasta selezione di vini e per le stagioni estive una terrazza con vista Langhe. Assolutamente consigliato!
