Clean bar and friendly until you ask for WiFi which they state they have. You will get a lashing finger and head shaking as you are told no wifi. Then youwill hear them talking to each other about

Unexpectedly this tiny, extremely clean, friendly cafe located right on the edge of the Tiber & historical bridge (rebuilt after the Allies blew it up). Oddly, even the cornetto with salami & cheese
