Incredible restaurant with 3 menus: one for pork...
Incredible restaurant with 3 menus: one for pork dishes, one for goose (typical of North East Italy) & one for trout (renowned to be the best from that part of the country due to crystal clear lakes and rivers). I always go for goose based dishes, it's my weak spot. I had "bigoli (a kind of long,thick pasta) with goose ragout", so flavorful and perfectly presented. Same for the goose leg confit, slow cooked at low temperatures to keep it moist & tender. Marinated perfectly with wild mountain herbs with homemade baked potatoes. Ended this fabulous meal with a great "cabosse", dark chocolate mousse with a heart of salted caramel & hazelnuts. Prices are more than fair for being downtown Milano. Strongly advised.
