You can't go wrong here! We went three times during our stay in Florence. Each time we were treated with such attentiveness and care. This is a family-run business and the whole family puts their heart and soul into making your time here a satisfying dining experience. The meals are delicious and clearly made with love and attention to detail. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Ale and Shila do not run a restaurant to cater to tourists that they don't have to worry about ever seeing again. They run a restaurant that makes you feel like you're a neighbor dropping in (and indeed we saw quite a few locals coming in). The location is great and the ambience warm. This was just the kind of restaurant we were looking for and we found it by accident!

Tutt'ora vado ancora a mangiare li.. si mangia molto bene e TANTO. Il posto è pulito, il personale gentile ed i prezzi sono onestissimi. Consiglio di passarci almeno una volta, sono sicuro che ci ritornerete.

Niente di che. Nulla di allettante. I piatti che ho visto sulle tavole altrui sembravano scongelati e prosciutto, melone e torta in vetrina sembrano di cartone...

Abbiamo mangiato qui, io e il mio ragazzo, per la cena di San Valentino. Il cibo era buono: abbiamo preso entrambi la carbonara, che meritava, e una fiorentina in due. La fiorentina era molto buona anche se non era esattamente una fiorentina, ma essendo noi amanti di carne, l'abbiamo apprezzata comunque molto. Di dolce ho preso un tiramisu ed era molto buono anche se si poteva definire "fatto in casa". Il brutto è stato il posto in cui eravamo seduti, ossia di fianco all'entrata: la porta si chiudeva a rallentatore e nemmeno del tutto, quindi tutta la cena l'abbiamo passata al gelo, con gli spifferi nella schiena, nonostante ci alzassimo a turno per chiuderla. Fate qualcosa a questa porta, altrimenti è un peccato.
