Vivace Siena

Forse non c'è molta scelta, soprattutto per me che sono vegetariana ma i piatti che ho trovato sono buoni e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. I tavoli all'esterno si affacciano sul retro del Museo Santa Maria della Scala e danno sul sole che tramonta. Da provare.

La sorpresa sono stati i 2 euro in più su ogni aperitivo non segnalati sul menù, perché si stava in area garden, scarsi gli stuzzichini, molto carino lo scorcio!

Gorgeous view, wondeful service, great food. The valley view from the back patio, decorated with a variety of herbs and fruit trees, could not be matched by any other restaurant in this beautiful city. The service was the friendliest we have had on our 10 day tour of various cities in Italy. Nadia was witty, informative and very patient with us in helping us make our selections. Our appetizers were brought out promptly and they did not rush us by bringing the following courses out until asking if we were ready for them. The food was nothing shy of what one would expect in a country that boast the best food in the world. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Most of the restaurant was wheelchair accessible (one shallow step up from the street) except for the open air back patio. However, the view could still be appreciated from the windows inside the restaurant.

We are here for the second time in 4 days. It is exceptional. Nearly all Italian food is wonderful but here you just get the feeling it has been prepared with love as well. The view on the terrace is breathtaking in the evening light and the staff are attentive and courteous. If we were here longer we would come back again. Thank you.
